Victor Hugo's epic tale of a deformed bell-ringer and the woman he loves comes to the stage as a musical by two masters of the form: Alan Menken (Disney's Beauty and the Beast) and Stephen Schwartz (Wicked). Based on the 1996 Disney film version of the same name, this version of The Hunchback of Notre Dame is darker, moodier and more mature, but still features that cinematic classic's thrilling Oscar-nominated score. It introduces some stunning new songs to the mix, too, as well as beautiful choral arrangements.
