You'd need to have ice in your veins not to be bowled over listening to the Oscar-winning duet "Falling Slowly" from the 2007 film Once. It made the indie musical romance a huge hit and launched the movie's leads, the real-life folk duo of Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova (aka The Swell Season), to international stardom. So it only makes sense that this touching story of two people connected by music would become a hit, Tony-winning Broadway musical. Now, a talented cast of actor-musicians brings Once to life at the Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre as part of the Coral Gables company's 30th anniversary season.
